Raspberry Leaf Tea
Yummy Mummy this one is for you to help your uterus.Designed by Love tea Naturopath & mother Emma Jane, Raspberry leaf has traditionally been used during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy to strengthen and tone the uterus, in preparation for childbirth. It has also been used after child birth, to help the uterus return to normal and promote recovery. Raspberry leaf is also rich in vitamins and minerals including Iron, magnesium and calcium, which are important for pregnant women, to help nourish mama and baby.
Recommended maximum intake: 3 cups of raspberry leaf per day maximum.
Caution: Raspberry leaf is best avoided in the 1st trimester of pregnancy.

Brewing Instructions: Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser, add water at almost boiling point (85ºc-95ºc) and allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes, strain the tea and serve.
