Trimester 3 exercises to help you through the final stages of your pregnancy and prepare you for labour. The exercises are tailored for your changing body in Trimester 3 to allow you to slowly increase your strength and flexibility.
Pelvic Floor is our number one focus, however there is also an emphasis on leg strengthening to help you once your baby has arrived, posture, deep tummy muscles and core strength and stretching to help you get into those labour positions. We also include relaxation as it is vital for you to rest and allow your body to de-stress in the final stages of pregnancy.
The exercise sessions can be watched on any format (phone/ipad/tv/laptop) at home as long as you have an internet connection.
