This 12 week exercise program was designed for mums to start 1 week post delivery with either cesarean or vaginal delivery.
With 10 exercise video's/week it will only take you 15-20 minutes, 3 times a week - it's worth investing in your health. Short, easy and effective exercise sessions for busy and tired mums.
This exercise program was designed by Melanie a Women's Health Physiotherapist so you can be sure the exercises are safe for your pelvic floor.
