During Trimester 2 is the best time to start your pelvic floor exercises as you will find it easier and you have a little more energy than in Trimester 1.
Pelvic Floor is our number 1 focus, however we do involve deep tummy & core strengthening, posture, functional strength to help you when your baby arrives and stretching to help you get into those labour positions.
The exercises involve 3 X 15 minute session/week and can be watched on any format (phone/ipad/tv/laptop) at home as long as you have an internet connection.
