Love what you do

On my way home from a recent holiday to Cairns I was sitting on the plane feeling the engine kick into an extra gear as we took off, I saw the moon glistening on the ocean and the wind of the plane I realised how much I love flying! Don’t get me wrong I hate the queues and waiting for delayed flights but I love the feeling of flying, soaring above the earth and being free. It made me think of my brother who is a pilot and he loves being a pilot. I’m not surprised given he gets to feel like this everyday. Which got me thinking about how important it is that we love what we do! And I really do love what I do. That’s why I created Perfect Pelvic Floor. I loved engaging with women in my clinic who were proactive about their bodies during pregnancy and wanted to soak up all the information they could get. So I thought why not go bigger and allow women all over the world access to information to help themselves and prevent incontinence! As a Physiotherapist that’s what I’m all about.
